TAKE NOTICE that the owner of 430 Indian Creek Road West is proposing to redevelop the property for a 9-unit, 3 storey apartment dwelling. Application for a zoning by-law amendment has been filed with the Municipality. As part of the application process, we are circulating all residents within 120 meters of the property.
THE PURPOSE of the notice is to provide details on the proposed development of the subject property at 430 Indian Creek Road and offer area residents the opportunity to comment or ask questions prior to the application moving forward to Council for consideration. Please note this notice is being circulated by the developer and all correspondence should be directed to the planning consultant as noted in the notice.
